SCOPE AND LISTINGS
Zenberlin is a business directory. Listings are aggregated from public sources. We provide no warranty regarding accuracy or completeness. We have no affiliation with listed businesses. Trademarks belong to their respective owners. Users must not use the platform for unlawful purposes. Telephone customer support is provided at no additional charge.

AI SYSTEMS
We use AI systems for service optimization. Users are explicitly notified when interacting with a chatbot. All AI-generated content (text, images, audio, video) is clearly labeled as artificial. Users are responsible for ensuring any content they submit to the platform complies with legal standards, including the disclosure of AI-generated inputs.

LIABILITY
Liability is limited to intent and gross negligence, and for injury to life, body, or health, and breach of essential contractual duties. We do not provide blanket waivers.

WITHDRAWAL
Consumers have the right to withdraw from distance contracts. A 'Withdrawal' button is provided on the website. The cancellation page is strictly limited to the cancellation process without marketing distractions. Upon using the electronic cancellation function and confirming via 'Confirm Withdrawal', you will receive an immediate, durable confirmation of receipt.

DATA ACCESS
In accordance with the Data Act, users have rights regarding access to data generated by connected products we may offer, effective by September 2026. Governing law is Berlin, Germany.
