DATA PROCESSING PURPOSES
We process server logs for website security and hosting under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest). Contact requests are processed under Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR. We use privacy-friendly first-party statistics to analyze site usage under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Data is hosted by our hosting provider in the EU.

DIRECTORY DATA
We process business listing data, which may include personal data of sole traders or named contacts, sourced from publicly available business sources. This processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in providing a business directory). Data subjects may object to processing or request rectification/erasure via mail@press-sensation.de.

AI SYSTEMS
We utilize AI systems for recommendation engines and chatbots. You are explicitly informed when interacting with an AI system. AI-generated content is clearly labeled as artificial at the point of first exposure. We do not currently use AI for emotion recognition or biometric categorization. If such systems are implemented, we will update this policy and ensure a valid legal basis.

DATA SUBJECT RIGHTS
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, and portability of your data. You have the right to object to processing under Art. 21 GDPR and to withdraw any consent at any time. You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

RETENTION
Data is stored only as long as necessary for the purpose or as required by statutory retention periods.
